Dear Havasu guests, thank you for your continued interest in our home. Our goal is to continue to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience while patronizing our home. Due to increasing utility rates we have increased our rates slightly which are as follows $250 nightly and a $175 cleaning fee, we still feel our rates are a very competitive and affordable. If you either cancel or cut your trip short, there will be a $250 charge which is a one night stay if I am unable to fill your reserved days or a portion thereof. If you have to cut your trip short there will be a $100 charge for every night booked and did not stay. In addition there is a $350 charge for heating the pool or spa and we will need a 3 day advanced notice for a propane delivery. Thank you the Burciaga Family
